The Scottish Ministers make the following order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 7(5) and 19(8) and (9) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005(1), section 34(2) of, and paragraph 18(1) of schedule 2B to, the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005(2) and section 22(1) of the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Act 2013(3) and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with paragraph 18(2) of schedule 2B to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005, the Scottish Ministers have consulted the Regional Board for Glasgow Colleges and such other persons as they considered appropriate.
In accordance with section 103(5)(a) and (b) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005(4) and section 22(3)(a) of the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Act 2013, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
2005 asp 6. Schedule 2B to the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 was inserted by section 11(2) of the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Act 2013 (asp 12).
Section 103(5) has been modified by paragraph 5 of schedule 3 to the Interpretation and Legislative Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 (asp 10).
