The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 172(1), (3) and (4) and 173 of the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994(1) and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, after consulting the Scottish Tourist Board and all local authorities whose areas lie within the area of the Board in accordance with section 173(4)(a) of that Act, hereby make the following Order:
1994 c. 39. The functions of the Secretary of State were transferred to the Scottish Ministers by virtue of section 53 of the Scotland Act 1998 (c. 46).
