This is the original version (as it was originally made). This item of legislation is currently only available in its original format.
1. These Rules may be cited as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1988 and shall come into force on 1st January 1989.
2. For the Table of Fees contained in Schedule 2 to the Lands Tribunal for Scotland Rules 1971 (1) there shall be substituted the Table of Fees set out in the Schedule to these Rules.
3. The Lands Tribunal for Scotland (Amendment) (Fees) Rules 1987 (2) are hereby revoked.
