The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 84(2) and (3)(c) of, and paragraph 15 of Schedule 13 to, the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986(1), after consultation with the Council on Tribunals as required by section 10 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971(2), hereby makes the following Order:—
