The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 81A of the Solicitors Act 1974(1) and with the concurrence of the Lord Chief Justice and the Master of the Rolls, hereby makes the following Order:

1974 c. 47; section 81A was inserted by Schedule 5 to the Supreme Court Act 1981 (c. 54).
