The route of the main new trunk road is about 4.1 kilometres in length, and extends from its junction with Snaygill Roundabout (marked A on the deposited plan) in a southerly direction to its junction with Kildwick Roundabout (marked B on the deposited plan, all in the District of Craven in the County of North Yorkshire.
The routes of the slip roads are in the vicinity of Bradley and Cononley in the District of Craven.
One route to connect the southbound carriageway of the main new trunk road with Ings Lane, Bradley (marked 1 on the deposited plan), one route to connect the northbound carriageway of the main new trunk road with Cononley Lane (marked 2 on the deposited plan) one route to connect the southbound carriageway of the main new trunk road with the new Skipton Road (marked 3 on the deposited plan).
