This is the original version (as it was originally made). This item of legislation is currently only available in its original format.
1. These Rules may be cited as the Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1998 and shall come into force on 1st June 1998.
2. In Schedule 3 to the Local Land Charges Rules 1977(1), the fees shown in the first column of the Schedule to these Rules shall be substituted for the fees shown in the second column.
3. The Local Land Charges (Amendment) Rules 1992(2) are revoked.
