The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 322 of the Armed Forces Act 2006(1):
2006 c. 52. Section 322 is amended by section 16(2) of the Armed Forces Act 2011 (c. 18) and section 78(5) of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c. 10).
