1. These Regulations—
(a)may be cited as the Product Safety and Metrology etc. (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020;
(b)come into force on IP completion day; and
(c)extend to Northern Ireland only.
2. Schedule 1 makes amendments to the Measuring Instruments (EEC Requirements) Regulations 1988 M1.
