The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 8(1), 15(4) and (5), 17(1), 23, 28, 32(2), 35(1) and (3), 72, 83(2), 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1).
