These Regulations amend the prescribed fees in the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Guernsey) Regulations 2009 (S.I. 2009/3297).
The fees for criminal record certificates (also known as standard certificates) are reduced from £23 to £18, and the fees for enhanced criminal record certificates are reduced from £40 to £38. This will mirror the fee reductions applied to applications in England and Wales.
The amended fees apply to applications for criminal record certificates and enhanced criminal records certificates in Guernsey.
