Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cyfraniadau Ardrethu Annomestig (Cymru) (Diwygio) 2000 a byddant yn dod i rym ar 31 Rhagfyr 2000.

(2) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn, ystyr “Rheoliadau 1992” yw Rheoliadau Cyfraniadau Ardrethu Annomestig (Cymru) 1992(1).

Diwygio Rheoliadau 1992

2.  Ynglŷn â'r blynyddoedd ariannol sy'n dechrau ar neu ar ôl 1 Ebrill 2001, diwygir Atodlenni 1, 2 a 4 i Reoliadau 1992 fel a ganlyn:—

(a)ym mharagraff 4(1) o Atodlen 1, yn lle'r fformwla “(A × £39.90) + (B × 0.00078)” y rhoddir y fformwla “(A × £39.50) + (B × 0.00087)”;

(b)ym mharagraff 2(12) o Atodlen 2, yn lle “1.005” y rhoddir “1.004”;

(c)ym mharagraff 8(1) o Atodlen 2, yn lle “1.2 per cent” y rhoddir “1 per cent”; a

(ch)yn lle Atodlen 4 i Reoliadau 1992 y rhoddir yr Atodlen a nodir yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn.

Llofnodwyd ar ran Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru o dan adran 66(1) o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998(2).
