Estyn darpariaethau adran 43(5) o Ddeddf Addysg 1997
2. Bydd adrannau 43 a 44 o Ddeddf Addysg 1997 yn cael effaith fel petai'r cyfnod canlynol wedi'i roi yn lle'r cyfnod a bennir yn adran 43(5) fel y rhan berthnasol o addysg disgybl, sef y cyfnod—
(a)sy'n dechrau yr un pryd â'r flwyddyn ysgol y mae'r mwyafrif o'r disgyblion yn ei ddosbarth yn cyrraedd 14 oed; a
(b)sy'n gorffen pan ddaw'r flwyddyn ysgol y mae'r mwyafrif o'r disgyblion yn ei ddosbarth yn cyrraedd 19 oed i ben.
