Y gofyniad i ddarparu addysg gyrfaoedd mewn sefydliadau yn y sector addysg bellach
3.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys mewn perthynas â phersonau sy'n mynychu sefydliadau o fewn y sector addysg bellach (p'un a ydynt yn eu mynychu'n amser llawn neu'n rhan amser) ac sydd wedi cyrraedd 16 oed ond nad ydynt wedi cyrraedd 20 oed.
(2) Rhaid i gyrff llywodraethu'r sefydliadau hynny a phrifathrawon neu benaethiaid eraill y sefydliadau hynny sicrhau bod rhaglen addysg gyrfaoedd yn cael ei darparu ar gyfer y personau hynny y mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys iddynt.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn—
ystyr “addysg gyrfaoedd” (“careers education”) yw addysg sydd wedi'i llunio i baratoi personau ar gyfer gwneud penderfyniadau am eu gyrfaoedd a'u helpu i weithredu'r penderfyniadau hynny;
mae i “sefydliadau o fewn y sector addysg bellach” yr un ystyr ag “institutions within the further education sector” yn adran 91(3) o Ddeddf Addysg Bellach ac Uwch 1992(1);
mae “gyrfaoedd” (“careers”) yn cynnwys ymgymryd ag unrhyw hyfforddiant, cyflogaeth neu alwedigaeth neu unrhyw gwrs addysg.
