2000 p.14. Rhoddwyd y pwerau i'r Gweinidog priodol. Mae “appropriate Minister” yn golygu'r Cynulliad mewn perthynas â Chymru, a'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol mewn perthynas â Lloegr, yr Alban a Gogledd Iwerddon (a.121(1) o'r Ddeddf). Ystyr “Cynulliad” yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (a.5(b) o'r Ddeddf).
