(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau)
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gwneud mân ddiwygiadau i Reoliadau Addysg (Gwybodaeth am Ddisgyblion Unigol) (Cymru) 2003 (“Rheoliadau 2003”) drwy wneud y canlynol—
(a)ychwanegu diffiniad o “ysgol”, rhoi diffiniad newydd o “disgybl chweched dosbarth” yn lle'r hen un, ac ychwanegu diffiniad newydd o “blwyddyn ysgol”;
(b)newid ychydig eiriad paragraff 5 o Ran 1 o'r Atodlen i Reoliadau 2003 fel na fydd yn ofynnol mwyach i gorff llywodraethu ysgol ddatgan â phwy y mae disgybl yn siarad Cymraeg yn y cartref;
(c)newid geiriad paragraff 1 o Ran 2 o'r Atodlen honno fel bod modd i'r wybodaeth y gall fod yn ofynnol i'r corff llywodraethu ei darparu am ddisgyblion chweched dosbarth gynnwys gwybodaeth am ddisgyblion sydd wedi gadael yr ysgol yn ystod y flwyddyn ysgol; ac
(ch)newid ychydig eiriad paragraff 1(c) o'r Rhan honno fel y bydd yr wybodaeth y gall fod yn ofynnol ei darparu ynghylch anghenion disgyblion, o ran sgiliau sylfaenol, am lythrennedd a Rhif edd yn cynnwys bellach anghenion disgyblion ar ddiwedd, yn ogystal ag ar ddechrau, eu rhaglen gweithgareddau dysgu.
