The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 114 of the Mental Health Act 1983(1), hereby make the following Regulations:

1983 c. 20. Section 114 was substituted by section 18 of the Mental Health Act 2007 (c. 12). The Secretary of State has issued separate regulations in relation to England.
