Trosglwyddo eiddo, hawliau a rhwymedigaethau
3. Ar y dyddiad trosglwyddo trosglwyddir holl eiddo, hawliau a rhwymedigaethau'r hen ymddiriedolaeth, sydd heb eu crybwyll yn erthygl 2 uchod, i'r ymddiriedolaeth newydd gan gynnwys heb gyfyngiad—
(a)Y ddyletswydd i baratoi'r cyfrifon sydd heb eu cwblhau gan yr hen ymddiriedolaeth a chyflawni'r holl ddyletswyddau statudol mewn perthynas â'r cyfrifon hynny;
(b)Eiddo ymddiriedol yr hen ymddiriedolaeth a restrir yn Atodlen 1.
(c)Eiddo ymddiriedol elusennol yr hen ymddiriedolaeth a restrir yn Atodlen 2.
