Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd gan adran 8(3) a (7) o Ddeddf Plâu 1954(1) ac a freiniwyd bellach ynddynt hwy(2), yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn wrth arfer y pwerau hynny.

Trosglwyddwyd swyddogaethau'r Gweinidog Amaethyddiaeth, Pysgodfeydd a Bwyd, i'r graddau yr oeddent yn arferadwy o ran Cymru, i Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru drwy Orchymyn Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru (Trosglwyddo Swyddogaethau) 1999, O.S. 1999/672, erthygl 2, Atodlen 1. Yn rhinwedd adran 162 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (p.32) a pharagraffau 30 a 32 o Atodlen 11 iddi, maent bellach wedi eu breinio yng Ngweinidogion Cymru.
