13.—(1) Mae pob hawl comin dros y tir a ddangosir â rhifau 9 a 10 ar blan y tir wedi eu diddymu, ac mae pob hawl mynediad i'r cyhoedd dros y tir hwnnw'n dod i ben ar y dyddiad pryd y mae Network Rail yn ei gaffael.
(2) Mae pob hawl comin a phob hawl mynediad i'r cyhoedd dros dir comin y mae Network Rail yn cymryd meddiant dros dro ohono o dan y Gorchymyn hwn wedi eu hatal ac nid oes modd eu gorfodi cyhyd ag y bo Network Rail yn parhau â meddiant cyfreithlon o'r tir.
(3) Mae gan unrhyw berson sy'n dioddef colled oherwydd diddymu neu atal dros dro unrhyw hawl comin o dan yr erthygl hon yr hawl i gael digollediad sydd i'w benderfynu, yn achos anghydfod, o dan Ran 1 o Ddeddf 1961.
