Gwnaed cais i Weinidogion Cymru yn unol â Rheolau Trafnidiaeth a Gweithfeydd (Gweithdrefn Ceisiadau a Gwrthwynebiadau) (Cymru a Lloegr) 2006(1) am Orchymyn o dan adrannau 1 a 5 o Ddeddf Trafnidiaeth a Gweithfeydd 1992(2) (“Deddf 1992”).
Mae'r gwrthwynebiadau i'r cais hwnnw wedi eu tynnu'n ôl.
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, ar ôl ystyried adroddiad y person a ofynnwyd ganddynt i ddarparu arfarniad o'r cais, wedi penderfynu gwneud Gorchymyn i roi effaith i'r cynigion sydd yn y cais, gydag addasiadau nad ydynt, yn nhyb Gweinidogion Cymru, yn peri unrhyw newid sylweddol i'r cynigion.
Cyhoeddwyd hysbysiad o benderfyniad Gweinidogion Cymru yn y London Gazette ar 22 Mawrth 2013.
Mae Gweinidogion Cymru, drwy arfer y pwerau a roddwyd iddynt gan adrannau 1 a 5 o Ddeddf 1992, a pharagraffau 3 i 5, 7, 8 ac 11 o Atodlen 1 iddi, yn gwneud y Gorchymyn a ganlyn—
