(Nid yw’r nodyn hwn yn rhan o’r Gorchymyn)
Mae’r Gorchymyn hwn yn diwygio Rhan 1 o’r Cod Ymddygiad Enghreifftiol fel y’i nodir yn yr Atodlen i Orchymyn Awdurdodau Lleol (Cod Ymddygiad Enghreifftiol) (Cymru) 2008 (“y Gorchymyn”) er mwyn ychwanegu cyd-bwyllgorau corfforedig a sefydlir o dan Ran 5 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Leol ac Etholiadau (Cymru) 2021 (dsc 1) at y rhestr o awdurdodau perthnasol. Effaith y diwygiad fyddai gwneud y Cod Ymddygiad Enghreifftiol gorfodol yn gymwys i aelodau cyd-bwyllgorau corfforedig.
Mae’r Cod Ymddygiad Enghreifftiol yn llywodraethu ymddygiad aelodau awdurdodau perthnasol yng Nghymru.
Ystyriwyd Cod Ymarfer Gweinidogion Cymru ar gynnal Asesiadau Effaith Rheoleiddiol mewn perthynas â’r rheoliadau sy’n sefydlu cyd-bwyllgorau corfforedig a gorchmynion a rheoliadau cysylltiedig. O ganlyniad, lluniwyd asesiad effaith rheoleiddiol pan wnaed y rheoliadau sefydlu hynny a dibynnir arno at ddiben y Gorchymyn hwn. Gellir cael copi oddi wrth: Yr Is-adran Cyllid Strategol Llywodraeth Leol, Llywodraeth Cymru, Parc Cathays, Caerdydd, CF10 3NQ.
