The Welsh Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 10A(3), 24F(4), 26C(1), 26C(2), 26G(2) and 32(1) and (2) of the Forestry Act 1967(1), make the following regulations.

1967 c. 10. Section 32(1) was amended by the Natural Resources Body for Wales (Functions) Order 2013 (S.I. 2013/755 (W. 90)) Schedule 2(1), paragraph 70(2) and the Public Bodies (Abolition of the Home Grown Timber Advisory Committee) Order (S.I. 2015/475) Schedule 1(1), paragraph.1; There are other amendments to section 32 but none is relevant to these Regulations.
