Diwygiadau i reoliad 4

4.  Yn rheoliad 4(2) (personau eraill o dramor sy’n anghymwys i gael dyraniad o lety tai)—

(a)hepgorer yr “a” ar ôl is-baragraff (j);

(b)ar ddiwedd is-baragraff (k), yn lle “.” rhodder “; ac”;

(c)ar ôl is-baragraff (k) mewnosoder—

“(l)person a oedd yn preswylio yn Israel, y Lan Orllewinol, Llain Gaza, Dwyrain Jerwsalem, Ucheldiroedd Golan neu Libanus yn union cyn 7 Hydref 2023 ac a adawodd Israel, y Lan Orllewinol, Llain Gaza, Dwyrain Jerwsalem, Ucheldiroedd Golan neu Libanus mewn cysylltiad ag ymosodiad terfysgol Hamas yn Israel ar 7 Hydref 2023 neu’r trais a wnaeth ddwysáu yn gyflym yn y rhanbarth yn dilyn yr ymosodiad.”
