1. Egg products must have been: U.K.

(a)

submitted to any of processing Methods 1 to 5 or 7; or

(b)

submitted to a method and parameters which ensure that the products comply with the microbiological standards set in Chapter I, paragraph 10; or

(c)

treated in accordance with Chapter V of the Annex to Council Directive 89/437/EC (1) laying down hygiene and health problems affecting the production and the placing on the market of egg products.]
