AMOUNTS AND RATES OF SUPPORT

Council Directive 91/676/EEC of 12 December 1991 concerning the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources (OJ L 375, 31.12.1991, p. 1).

[F1The setting up support may be given in the form of a single premium up to a maximum of EUR 40 000 , or in the form of an interest rate subsidy, the capitalised value of which may not exceed EUR 40 000 . For both forms of support combined, the maximum may not exceed EUR 70 000]
