(a)in subsection (1)—
(i)in the words before paragraph (a), omit “, Welsh county, county borough,”;
(ii)after paragraph (a), insert “and”;
(iii)omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it;
(b)in subsection (3), in the words before paragraph (a)—
(i)omit “situated in England”;
(ii)for “any such building” substitute “any building”;
(c)omit subsections (3A) and (3B).
