45In each of sections 53(4) (enforceability against third parties of agreements as to use of land near roads) and 72(3) (enforceability against third parties of agreements as to stopping up of private access to land) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, for the words “completed by infeftment” substitute “ title has been completed ”.
