38Police access to listsS

(1)Ministers must make available to [F1the chief constable]

(a)the name of each individual included in the children's list,

(b)the name of each individual included in the adults' list, and

(c)any other information contained in those lists which Ministers consider should be disclosed for any purpose mentioned in subsection (2).

(2)Information disclosed under subsection (1) may be used by [F2constables of the Police Service of Scotland] only for the [F3law enforcement purposes within the meaning of section 31 of the Data Protection Act 2018.]
