Adoption and Children (Scotland) Act 2007, Section 102 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)Subsection (2) applies where—
(a)a permanence order is in force in respect of a child, and
(b)an adoption order is made in respect of the child.
(2)The permanence order ceases to have effect on the making of the adoption order.
