59SIn section 135(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 (restrictions on transfer of oil at night), for “a relevant authority (as defined in section 6 of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 5))” substitute “ the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service ”.
