10—(1) The Department [F1may] make provision by regulations—
(a)for F2... jobholders to be given information about the effect of sections 2 to 8 in relation to them;
(b)for F3... workers to whom section 9 applies to be given information about the effect of that section in relation to them;
(c)for a prescribed person to be required to provide the information.
(2) Regulations under this section [F4may in particular make provision about] —
(a)what information must be given;
(b)in what circumstances it must be given;
(c)how and when it must be given.
