There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Presumption of Death Act (Northern Ireland) 2009, Section 19.
19—(1) Schedule 2 (which contains consequential amendments) has effect.
(2) The statutory provisions mentioned in the first column of Schedule 3 are repealed to the extent set out in the second column.
