There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2016, Section 26.
26—(1) This Act, except this section and sections 1, 23 and 27, comes into operation on such day or days as the Department may by order appoint.
(2) Without prejudice to section 23(1), an order under subsection (1) may contain such transitional, transitory or saving provision as the Department considers necessary or expedient in connection with any provision brought into operation by the order.
(3) In this section, “the Department” has the same meaning as in section 23.
