32. The days of incapacity for work before the appointed day and the days which are treated as days of incapacity for work in accordance with regulation 2 shall be taken into account for the purposes of calculating the days of incapacity referred to in section 167B(3) and (4)(1) (period after all work test applies).
Section 167B is inserted by Article 7 of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (Northern Ireland) Order 1994
