Regulation 7
Textual Amendments
1. A plan sufficient to identify the relevant land.N.I.
2. A description of the project, including in particular a description of—N.I.
(a)the physical characteristics of the whole project and, where relevant, of demolition works;
(b)the location of the project, with particular regard to the environmental sensitivity of geographical areas likely to be affected.
3. A description of the aspects of the environment likely to be significantly affected by the project.N.I.
4. A description of any features of the proposed project or measures to avoid or prevent any likely significant adverse effects on the environment.N.I.
5. A description under paragraph 2 must include a description or any likely significant effects, of the project on the environment resulting from—N.I.
(a)the expected residues and emissions and the production of waste, where relevant, and
(b)the use of natural resources, in particular soil, land, water and biodiversity.
6. When compiling the information in accordance with paragraphs 1 to 4, the applicant must take into account—N.I.
(a)the criteria of Schedule 2 which are relevant to the project, and
(b)the results of any relevant EU environmental assessments which are reasonably available to the applicant.]
