There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008, Section 1.
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008 and, subject to paragraph (2), shall come into operation on 19th May 2008.
(2) Regulation 3(10)(c) shall come into operation on 27th October 2008.
(3) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
