There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009, Section 1.
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.
(2) Except where paragraph (3) applies, these Regulations shall come into operation on 6th April 2009.
(3) Regulation 17 shall come into operation—
(a)for the purposes of paragraphs (1) and (4)(b), on 6th April 2009, and
(b)for all other purposes, on 23rd September 2010.
(4) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
