2.—(1) Subject to paragraph (3), the provisions of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 specified in paragraph (2), to the extent not already in force, come into force on 1st December 2011 for all purposes.
(2) The provisions are—
(a)section 20(3) (duration of listed building consent); and
(b)section 56 and the schedule (repeals).
(3) Section 56 and the schedule come into force on 1st December 2011 only for the purpose of the repeal of the provisions of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997(1) specified in the schedule.
