33. A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)intentionally obstructs any person acting in the execution of these Regulations [F1or the [F2Official Controls Regulation]];
(b)without reasonable cause, fails to give any person acting in execution of these Regulations [F1or the [F3Official Controls Regulation]] any assistance or information that that person may reasonably require for the purpose of carrying out functions under these Regulations [F1or the [F3Official Controls Regulation]];
