The Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2012, Section 59 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. 59.—[F1(1)] Any non-governmental organisation promoting environmental protection and meeting any requirements under the law is deemed to have an interest for the purposes of Article 25(1)(a) of the Industrial Emissions Directive, and rights capable of being impaired for the purposes of Article 25(1)(b) of that Directive.
[F2(2) For the purposes of paragraph (1), Article 25(1) of the Industrial Emissions Directive is to be read as if—
(i)in the opening words for “Member States” there were substituted “ The Scottish Ministers ”,
(ii)in point (b), for “a Member State” there were substituted “ Scotland ”.]
