18. In the case of an application for a permit for—S
(a)a Part A installation, SEPA must consider in determining the application any relevant information obtained or conclusion arrived for the purposes of—
[F1(i)an environmental impact assessment,]
(ii)a safety report within the meaning of [F2Part 3 of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations 2015], or
(b)a solvents installation, any such information or conclusion for the purposes of [F3an environmental impact assessment].
