(1)Subsection (4) of section 194 of the [1925 c. 20.] Law of Property Act 1925 (restrictions on the enclosure of commons) shall not operate to disapply the other provisions of that section from any building or fence erected or work constructed under or by virtue of this Act.
(2)For the purposes of the said section 194, land to which this Act applies which is registered under the [1965 c. 64.] Commons Registration Act 1965 shall be deemed—
(a)to have been subject to rights of common at the commencement of the said Act of 1925; and
(b)to remain subject to section 194 notwithstanding any express or implied extinguishment of rights of common since that date.
