There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, Paragraph 43.
43E+WIn section 52 of that Act (powers of court exercisable before commencement of action) the following subsection shall be added at the end—
“(3)This section is subject to any provision made under section 38,”
