There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, Paragraph 44.
44E+WIn section 53 of that Act (powers of court to order disclosure of documents, inspection of property etc. in proceedings for personal injuries or death) the following subsection shall be added at the end—
“(5)This section is subject to any provision made under section 38,”
