14E+W+SIn section 39 of the Act of 1989 (electricity supply: performance in individual cases), the following subsection shall be inserted after subsection (5)—
“(5A)Any person making an order under subsection (5) above shall include in the order his reasons for reaching his decision with respect to the dispute.”
