7E+WIn paragraph 6 of Schedule 8 to the Administration of Justice Act 1970 and paragraph 7 of Schedule 1 to the Attachment of Earnings Act 1971 (maintenance orders) the word “or” where first occurring shall be omitted and after “1986” there shall be inserted the words “ or section 106 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.
