Gas Act 1995, Paragraph 14 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
14(1)For paragraph (a) of subsection (3) of section 233 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc.) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—E+W+S
“(a)a supply of gas by a gas supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Gas Act 1986;”.
(2)Paragraph (a) of subsection (5) of that section shall cease to have effect.
(3)For paragraph (a) of subsection (4) of section 372 of that Act (supplies of gas, water, electricity etc.) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(a)a supply of gas by a gas supplier within the meaning of Part I of the Gas Act 1986;”.
(4)Paragraph (a) of subsection (5) of that section shall cease to have effect.
