(1)Any functions of the London Transport Executive established under section 4 of the M1Transport (London) Act 1969 which, by virtue of section 67(1) of the M2London Regional Transport Act 1984 are exercisable by London Regional Transport, shall instead be exercisable by Transport for London.
(2)In section 144 of the M3Transport Act 1968 (transfer and disposal of historical records and relics) for London Regional Transport in each place where it occurs there shall be substituted “ Transport for London ”.
