There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Enterprise Act 2002, Section 192.
(1)The [F1CMA] may conduct an investigation if there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that an offence under section 188 has been committed.
(2)The powers of the [F1CMA] under sections 193 and 194 are exercisable, but only for the purposes of an investigation under subsection (1), in any case where it appears to the [F1CMA] that there is good reason to exercise them for the purpose of investigating the affairs, or any aspect of the affairs, of any person (“the person under investigation”).
